Sakura Tulips Fiesta at Kanto, Japan
26 April, 2015See Japan from the perspectives of a Singaporean – this is a guest post by our resident blogger Xiaoying who is currently based in Japan. she also sells a range of japanese stuff at her carousell store – shipped direct from japan!
Sakuras are blooming in Japan for 2 weeks and get scattered away by winds and rains quickly. Fear not if you missed the sakuras, we can still catch the tulips. They are mainly blooming from mid to end April and have a longer shell life.

Personal feedback: Rated as the biggest tulips fiesta in Kanto featuring over 700,000 tulips with a Holland background. I went to both our tulipsmania at gardens by the bay and Sakura Tulip Fiesta, it is wonderful to walk around the tulips in the crisp cold air.
