Budavari Siklo – Expensive Budapest Funicular
29 July, 2009Budavari Siklo
The Budavári Sikló is the Buda Castle Area funicular that will take you in a minute to the top of the hill. While rather expensive (800 HUF) for such a short ride, it saves you a tiring uphill walk to the Buda Old Town and Castle.

13 June, 2011 at 7:49 pmJust came back from Budapest – There is a bus #16 just outside the Deak ter station that brings you up. If you buy a day ticket for transport rides, its well worth it 🙂
