Hostel One Prague Review
25 August, 2009Hostel One Prague
We stayed in Hostel One Prague for 3 nights during the Prague leg of our Central Europe Trip. The hostel is located in the art nouveau area of Prague. There are several good and cheap restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. Supermarkets and several mini-marts are just minutes away. It takes about 8 minutes by tram to reach the Old Town by tram.
This hostel’s kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and appliances such as microwave, fridge. The lounge provides you with a wide range of DVDs, a big comfortable sofa and computers with free internet. There is also a lift to every floor. 🙂
This hostel feels more like an apartment rather than a rugged backpacker hostel. The ensuite rooms are clean and spacious. Their staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable to provide you with tips on the best ways to see Prague.
We rate Hostel One Prague:
- Location (8-min tram ride to Old Town, good and cheap cafes nearby): 4/5
- Facilities (free Wi-Fi/internet at lobby, lifts at every floor): 4.5/5
- Staff (very helpful): 4/5
- Cleanliness: 4/5
- Value (only 550CZK/pax/night for double ensuite room): 4/5
