1. Bahrain National Museum

2. A’ali necropolis

4. The Qal’at al-Bahrain Fort

Also known as the Bahrain Fort or the Portuguese Fort, Qal’at al-Bahrain is a suggestive 16th century fortress built in Manama by the Portuguese that is also an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

 

5. Janabiya Royal Camel Farm

The royal family of Bahrain owns a camel farm in Manama that can be visited. On the farm you can take pictures and feed the camels and their calves.

6. Bahrain World Trade Center​     

Located in the very center of Manama, this immense skyscraper is the symbol of modernity and sustainability in Bahrain. This 50-floor building is 240 meters high and features systems for recycling water and exploiting wind and solar energy. Inside of the building there is one of the largest shopping malls in the world.

 7. Muharraq and the pearl industry

Muharraq is Bahrain’s third biggest city and center of the Perling Trail. Bahrain is famous for high-quality precious pearls and farming oysters is part of the local history and tradition.
