Dining

Visit the restaurant that helped put Vegas on the culinary map in 1992, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in the Forum shops at Caesars Palace or for a true Vegas classic of steak and potatoes, try the Plaza’s Center Stage.  The food in Las Vegas is outstanding and you can find any type of food in every price range. Don’t forget about the buffets, some of them have really fantastic food.

Shopping

You could travel to Las Vegas and not shop but that is hard to imagine. The shopping possibilities are almost endless and you can spend very little or really go on a spree. Check out the souvenirs or go for the designer labels.  Las Vegas offers some of the best brands and exclusive designer pieces amongst its huge outlet malls and boutiques. Key shopping destinations are Las Vegas Boulevard South and the Strip where you can shop in France, Italy, New York, Cairo Fifth Avenue and Rodeo Drive without leaving Las Vegas.

‘The Strip’
Right at the centre of all the action is the Las Vegas Strip. Lined with copious hotels, restaurants and hip nightclubs the Strip has something to suit everyone’s desires and tastes. Marvel at the scale and theatrical complexity of the dancing water fountains of Bellagio and ride the world’s highest roller coaster at the Stratosphere Tower. Get your tickets here to see some of the best Las Vegas shows in town.

Shows and Events

Cirque Du Soleil’s “O” is a spectacle that promises to astonish with its fusion of circus acts, modern theatrical effects, live music, dance and most of all water. A variety of listings include showgirl revues from the traditional to the avant-garde and Broadway hits that have made it to Las Vegas, like Mamma Mia!

Gaming

If there is a game to be played, Las Vegas is the place to do it.  Las Vegas is considered Sin City or for some, the Gambling Capital of the World.  While you may or may not try Las Vegas casinos out, the opportunity to experience how it feels to play here at one of the tables in any of the casinos inside the City is like an apple right in front of your eyes only waiting for you to take the bite.  The excitement of 24 hour non-stop gaming is hard to beat. From table games to sports betting and slot machines the options are endless.  Many casinos also offer gaming lessons for those that want to brush up on their gambling techniques before hitting the floors.

Some people think that Las vegas is the place where one can enjoy gambling only, but it’s not true. This city is also known for it’s lifestyle, food and shopping. It is a very beautiful destination to visit. This city always amazes you with it’s nightlife.

Best and Affordable in Las Vegas seems an impossible match. Both of which are subjective too – your best could be different from my best – ditto for affordability. There are often promo codes for Las Vegas hotels so google for them online especially during non-peak seasons and you should be able to find hotels that match your budget.
